Terms of Service

The following are Fijura's terms of service. Fijura reserves the right to make amendments, adjustments and changes to these terms of service without notice.

Products and Services

For the purpose of these terms of service a "Service" will refer to any and all workmanship and labour provided by Fijura and is provided at an hourly rate. This defers from the term "Product" which refers to any and all provisions that are resold by Fijura or are provided at a fixed rate.

Upon completion of a service, or part thereof, there is a grace period of 14 days in which the client may inspect the services are provided to the agreed standard. After the grace period of 14 days the service will be deemed completed to agreed standards and any additional work will be charged accordingly. Additional work not stipulated in a quote or estimate will be charged for accordingly.

Assistance or tuition in using products or services is not automatically included and will be charged for separately unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All website and programming work remains the intellectual property of Fijura and may not be copied or resold without prior written approval from Fijura Management.

Fijura reserves the right to advertise its intellectual property. You (the client) are not permitted to remove tags, links or credits attributed for or by Fijura without prior written approval. Fijura may choose to allow these items to be removed from your website or program at an additional cost.

Accounts, Fees and Charges

Fijura reserves the right to charge in advance for any product or service, in part or full.

Invoiced amounts may differ from charges reflected on estimates due to changes in costs, unforseen complications, additional requests by client, or other circumstances.

Invoices are due 14 days after the issue date unless otherwise specified. Invoices issued while the account has overdue payments will require immediate payment.

Late account fees and charges will be charged for.

All products and services remain the property of Fijura until fully paid for. Fijura reserves the right to remove and/or retain products and/or services which are not paid for in full by the due date and no alternative payment arrangement has been made. You (the client) are required to provide unrestricted access to any products and/or services which are deemed property of Fijura. This includes items which have not been paid for in full.

Warranty

All services provided by Fijura have a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranties for products provided by Fijura are the responsibility of the manufacturer or underwriter.

If your product(s) meet any of the following criteria, then fees and charges will apply in order to repair your product: physical damage (such as burnt chips, scratch marks, bent/broken pins, shipping damage, etc), power outages/surges, storm damage, damage caused by natural disasters, viruses/spyware/malware, software related issues, hardware/software/driver installation, client-installed components, and/or dust build up.

Warranties for products provided by Fijura require that copies of warranty forms and invoices are provided. If returning a faulty item, do not write on or mark the item.

All defective items must be properly packed when returned to prevent damage during transit. Return ONLY the faulty item(s) along with any power adaptors, receivers, transmitters or accessories required for the unit to function. Do not return miscellaneous accessories, driver CDs and boxes. Fijura will not be responsible for the loss of accessories inclusive but not limited to manuals, box, cables and CDs etc.

Fijura will hold replacement items for up to three months from the date we receive the replacements from the supplier, after which point a final attempt at contact will be made and if unsuccessful, the item will be surrendered to Fijura.

If a returned item is rejected by Fijura's supplier(s) due to physical damage, Fijura will charge the client for any loss and/or costs incurred.

Fijura will charge a fee for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
